He is licensed as a Certified Residental Real Estate Appraiser and a Real Estate Broker.  His Education includes a B.S. from M.I.T. and an M.S. from Union College. His post graduate work includes a certificate from the California State University Real Estate Appraising program as well as numerous continuing education courses.
